Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

 

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

At checkout, you'll have the following shipping options:

 

  • FREE Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping (available on eligible items for an additional fee)

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location, product availability, and carrier operations.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Notice

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, some products may ship directly from one of our trusted international fulfillment partners.

For these items, delivery may require an additional 7–10 business days due to international transit, customs processing, or carrier delays. If your order is affected, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its progress.

We appreciate your patience and are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and, depending on the circumstances, will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund.

While delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside of our control, we'll do everything we can to assist you until your order is successfully delivered.
