30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the original packaging

  • Include all original accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

If your return is approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.

  • If the return is due to our error, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, final sale, or marked non-returnable items

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
